After almost 30 years of assigning baseball, Kurt Pingel will be retiring at the end of this summer.  He has had a great run as our Baseball Assignment Chairman.  UMPS is grateful for the job that Kurt has done over the years.  What are we going to do without 847-934-9099. It will take some time to learn a new phone number to call for your games.  Please help me and the Board of Directors congratulate Kurt Pingel on a great 30 years of assigning.

The 2009 season will start a new chapter for UMPS and the baseball division.  The board of Directors has unanimously appointed Jeff Siegel to replace Kurt as its assignment chairman for the 2009 season.  We wish him the best of luck in his new position.
